Wellness Center

Dedicated to well-being, this convivial space is open to members, their guests(*) and hotel residents, where you can relax on the deckchairs in the Salle de Repos with a cup of tea or herbal tea.
The Wellness Center offers massages and treatments, as well as specific treatments for sports recovery.

(*)Each guest has access to the Club 4 times a year.

The Wellness Center is open from 10am to 7pm.

Indispensable allies for recovery: 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms are accessible from the men's and women's changing rooms.

Use of these facilities is not permitted for children under 16.

Le Golf de Saint-Cloud is equipped with two fitness areas.

From cardio exercises for endurance and stamina, to strength and performance training, you'll find all the equipment you need to achieve your goals.

This area is open to members and their guests(*) from Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

It features the benchmark cardio equipment:

• 3 reclining treadmills
• 1 seated cycle (reclineforme)
• 1 elliptical stepper
• 1 rowing machine
• 2 presses

The area is also equipped with 2 TV screens for keeping up to date with golfing news while exercising.

It features a wide range of equipment for bodybuilding exercises:

• 1 "power personal" weight bench (bench equipped with a complete set of training weights)
• 1 abdominal crunch press
• 1 leg curl machine
• 1 horizontal press
• 1 trapeze and rings
• 1 cable pull station

The gym is equipped with a tablet and a set of Sonos® connected speakers for listening to music during workouts.
